Information Regarding Shipping and Fees
- All residential curbside shipments have a $255 minimum fee. A residential lift gate and accessorial fee of $135 is applied to all residential curbside deliveries.
- All commercial freight shipments have a $95 minimum fee. Commercial locations lacking a loading dock are assessed a lift gate and accessorial fee of $70.
- There is a $25 surcharge per piece for upholstered furniture orders.
Bungalow 5 is a wholesaler to the Interior design and retail trade. If you are a retail customer looking to purchase our products, contact us for the Bungalow 5 retailer nearest to you.
If you are a retailer or interior designer, you will first need to open an account and provide your Taxpayer Identification Number and Resale Certificate before ordering.
To open an account, please download the New Account Setup form, complete it, and then send it to us by emailing a scanned copy to Info@bungalow5.com or faxing it to 1-201-405-1888.
After establishing an account, you may order merchandise by downloading and completing the Order Form or by sending us a copy of your own purchase order. Orders should be emailed to Orders@bungalow5.com or faxed to 201-405-1888.
Once your order has been processed, we will email you a copy. This will be your order confirmation. Please check it for accuracy and report any discrepancies to us. Occasionally, orders do not get transmitted properly. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 1 business day, we might not have received it. Please check with us before re-sending by calling us at 201-405-1800 and choosing option 1 (customer service).
